Given the run around and resiatance to send to our local post office. Should listen to customer and understand reasons beforw saying no. Some people live in the country where couriers wont deliver.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for any frustration caused. We understand that deliveries to rural areas can be challenging. Our request for a residential address was due to courier restrictions, as our freight partner (DFE) typically cannot deliver directly to Australia Post locations. We also offered the option to upgrade to Australia Post at cost, but we ultimately chose to proceed with DFE to avoid delaying or cancelling your order and we’re glad to see it was delivered successfully. Your feedback is appreciated and will help us improve how we manage rural deliveries moving forward. Please feel free to reach out if we can assist further.
