We’re very sorry for the experience you had. The delays and the missing extension rod were the result of a supplier dispatch error, and we understand how frustrating this was. Once notified, we arranged to have the full order returned and processed your refund as soon as the item was received and checked by our returns team, which occurred yesterday.
To confirm, you were not charged return postage for the fan, and the refund is now being processed if not actioned already.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with this order. Unfortunately, there was a significant dispatch delay from our supplier, and the extension rod—which is required for installation—was not sent out with your fan as it should have been. We completely understand how disappointing this was, especially with your electrician already scheduled.
As soon as we were made aware, our team offered the quickest resolution possible: to recall the full order and provide a refund, including for the rod that was lost in transit. Your return was received and processed yesterday, and your refund has now been issued in line with standard return procedures (refunds are finalised once items are received and checked by our returns team).
We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused by the supplier’s dispatch error and the resulting delays. If you ever decide to shop with us in the future, we’d be more than happy to look after you and ensure a smoother experience.
