Thanks for your feedback, it's greatly appreciated.  I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the quality of the platters.  These are designed to be lightweight and disposable so there is a chance they won't be as robust as reusable versions.  The design and material of the platters has changed slightly over the years to improve the look and to keep costs low, however, the sturdiness of them has always remained consistent so it's a shame to hear of your disappointment.  We have regular customers that purchase various sizes of the platters weekly and usually only ever hear good reviews.
