I ordered on June 27th and haven’t received my order, nor have I heard anything from them. Appalling service.

Sadly its really Royal Mail you are reviewing here.So what we will do in that you have not received the item, is refund you in full.It’s a little disappointing that you didn’t e mail us earlier, as we could have sent out another unit to you.Sorry it didn’t work out this time.

Worked well removing old sealant from shower tray. It was surprisingly tough and although requiring some persistence was much easier with the removal tool than using other approaches.
