The product was good, but when I emailed them with a specific query about it I just got the response "All the information we have is on the website" which was disappointing.

Thanks for the review...... On reviewing the email trail, the only option we could advise you to use, was the product you purchased. Its a very simple self adhesive product and sadly we couldn't say any more than what technical advice we gave via e mail. We had no pictures of the application in your bathroom, so the advice we were able to give was the same as we would have given from the website. But we are glad that you believed us and tried the product and it worked.

As per our e mail reply to you on the 18th January we were checking to see if you had the right seal for the application and should you need something a little more belt and braces, our Screen Seal Ultra would be the solution.
