Thanks for your review..... All our Made to Measure curtains take 7-10 working days to produce as they are made to customer specific measurements. Sadly as you will also be aware in late Jan 21 we were still in the middle of the Covid Pandemic and all delivery services including Royal Mail, were stretched beyond their limits. After checking on our e mail system and also our notes pages on your order, we don't appear to have had any complaints from you ref the product or delivery times. We always like to keep our clients happy, so I would be grateful if you could contact us, so as we can see the issues you have with the made to measure curtain. Service was good. Unfortunately the adaptor that I had bought came with rubber washers that were too small. I had to cut down a washer from a larger one I had to get the job away.
