Very slow to respond to a legitimate refund request. Also very slow to accept and issue refund once item returned. Not impressed (although we got there in the end).

Thanks for your review. Many apologies for not issuing the refund promptly. Our returns department process customer returns every few days and so its unusual that the item took so long to be cleared. The only issue I can see is that we didn't get the item back very quickly from you, although I do have an e mail saying it was posted back to us on the 15th March. So I think its more likely to be a Royal Mail issue than one at Byretech as we pride ourselves on fast refunds. Never the less, please accept our apologies for not issuing the refund sooner.

Thanks for your review. The item is produced in stainless steel and made locally, rather than in China like most other things these days. Its a speciality item so its made in small batches. Sadly this is the cost of these things and our supplier has first class CNC machines and operatives that are highly skilled in small batch production. We are the only manufacturer of this item as far as we know world wide. If it had been a little larger in diameter, then we would have probably been hailed as complete heroes, as we would have solved the problem maybe ?
