Thank you for the feedback. The fold mark should drop out after a few days, and the chemical smell should dissipate. If you are still having issues after 3 or 4 days please let us know. I will pass on your comments regarding the fold to see if we can get these added to the instructions.

When the order came the Mattress cover was the wrong size and I had to ring and then wait for a returns label, am now waiting for the right size to be delivered. I believe this has been despatched.
