This was our first order and unfortunately only half of it arrived. The lady on the phone was excellent however, and the remainder of the order was despatched immediately and arrived the next day.

I am sorry to hear of this. These boots have been very well received and I am surprised to hear of the problems you have had. As soon as we receive your return we will of course arrange a full refund.
We paid extra for a Monday delivery, our order placed on a Saturday said next day would be Monday, even after a phone call to ask it was not delivered until Tuesday.

I am sorry for the confusion. Next day deliveries only apply to orders placed before 3p.m. on a weekday, so Tuesday delivery is correct. I am glad to hear that you are happy with your order however, and hope we can be of assistance to you in future.
Nothing received yet!! Had an email from you to say they were dispatched on 31/1 but have heard nothing from delivery company, no tracking number, nothing!!
