It’s a shame that this product did not meet your expectations. We do not wish you to have an item you are not entirely happy with, so if you wish to return the item to us we will happily refund you.
I entered an address manually which was not used and susequently led to a delay in receiving my items. Apart from this I am happy with my purchases.
