Thank you for the feedback. I am very surprised to hear you are unhappy with the shaver. These are a very well selling item and Remington are a quality brand. Unfortunately as the item shaver is a hygiene item, we would be unable to accept a return as it has been used.

I am sorry to hear of this. We do send out confirmation and shipping emails, and you should of received these. It may be worth just checking your junk mail folder to see if they are in there. We have received your return, but regrettably the larger size was unavailable so we have had to refund you for the order and the cheque is currently in the post.
