Such a shame that these were not the perfect fit and that the leather is not as expected. Perhaps you would prefer to return these to us and we will happily exchange these for an alternative style/ size ?
Thank you for your feedback. When we originally took your order the stock allocation system showed that Chinos in the size and colour you requested were in stock but unfortunately when the stock was checked there were none on the shelf. Once again I do apologise that we were unable to totally fulfil your order and I fully understand your disappointment.

Oops ! It would appear that the person packing your order missed this item. I see that the missing item was sent by express delivery the next working day after you contacted us and hope that you will forgive us for the mistake
