I had to return the goods. The procedure for return was not as stated on the paperwork I had to find a number and call, they emailed a returns docket.

Thank you for your feedback and I am so sorry for any confusion during this returns process. A prepaid label should have been included in your parcel for your to return via your local collect plus store, I am sorry is this was missed.
