It’s a shame that this product did not meet your expectations. We do not wish you to have an item you are not entirely happy with, so if you wish to return the item to us we will happily refund you.
Such a shame that these shoes did not meet your exception on this occasion. Perhaps you would like to return these in exchange for a more shoes with a rubber and more hard wearing sole ?

First delivery was wrong size shoe and no return label enclosed, but customer services put it right quickly.
