We had to send product back by telegraph courier as it was too large for the post office or to take to a local shop. . This cost £12.00 which is outrageous as the product was very poor. We won't be...

Thank you for the feedback. It can, on occasion take several days for the mattress topper to regain it's shape properly, but I am surprised to hear the the topper did not fit properly. If this was the case we should of arranged to get this collected free of charge. The vast majority of our items can be returned via Royal Mail, or our collect plus service, and it is very rare that a larger item needs a courier collection. I have in this instance arranged to refund the courier charge, and you should receive this in the next few days.
The shipping could have been a bit quicker (took over a week from time of order) but the umbrella was fairly prices and as described.

Thank you for the feedback. There was a backlog that week caused by a power cut as a result of the extreme weather. Although we try to delivery within 2 working days in most cases, I can see the order was delivered within 4 working days, which we advertise. I am glad you are happy with your purchase however, and I hope to be of service to you again in future.
Easy shopping, but only seems to work if I give a UK address even tho I live/pay from outside the country. I collect the items from a Family member when I come to visit.
