Only one pair of shoes was delivered in the buy one get one free offer. However, when I telephoned to report this, the service was excellent and another pair turned up the next day.

The parcel left us within 3 hours of the order being placed. It does appear that hold up was with the order being processed by our couriers. There was a large amount of disruption the previous week due to the bad weather, and it appears in some cases there have been delays with deliveries, and I hope this did not cause too much inconvenience.
