I am sorry to hear of this. I have emailed a label which you can print off, which sounds as if it will be easier. This should of been offered previously and I will ensure the representatives you spoke to are made aware of this. The dehumidifiers themselves are generally quiet, so this would suggest a fault. Please let us know if you require a refund or replacement and we will arrange this for you.
