Thank you for the feedback. To open the box, simply pull the yellow part upwards from the end with the tape measure and the top opens straight up without a huge amount of force. Please let us know if you are still having difficulty and we will attempt to resolve this with you.

Our couriers service agreement allows them to leave the parcel in a suitable location, if they consider it to be safe and secure. Obviously that was the case on this occasion, and I will raise this issue with the courier. I can see that for the inconvenience we have refunded you in full, and would just like to offer our apologies on behalf of the courier.
