Good, fast response this time. Have previously been disappointed to find stuff still being advertised after it had sold out (a jewellery item the Christmas before last)

Thank you for the feedback. We do unfortunately print much of our literature months in advance, and we do unfortunately have occasions when an advertised item has sold out by the time the advert is received.
I think it is a disgrace that you use a 08442 number which you make money on as as your order telephone number. I will not be using your service again

I am sorry that you feel this way. We do charge 10p per minute for incoming calls, but the majority of queries are resolved within 2-3 minutes, so it is far cheaper to call than it is to send a letter. You can of course always email any queries, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
It’s a shame that this product did not meet your expectations. We do not wish you to have an item you are not entirely happy with, so if you wish to return the item to us we will happily refund you.

Our stock is updated every 30 minutes, and occasionally we have an instance of an order coming in and the stock not physically being available as it has sold within this time.
