Thank you for the feedback. These shirts are designed with a casual collar, and usually worn unbuttoned. I am happy though that we were able to provide an alternative that was more suitable.

I am sorry to hear that the exercise bike did not live up to your expectations. The general feedback on these has been very positive, and I am rather surprised to hear of this. I have also arranged for an advisor to get in touch regarding the return of the item.
