I am sorry to hear that the wrong shoes were sent out. I see that as soon as you advised us of this, we were able to get the correct size to you, and I am glad you are happy with your purchase. I am very surprised to hear these comments. The thermal lined chino's have been very popular, and we have received fantastic feedback regarding the warmth and comfort of them. We are of course very sorry that this is not your experience as well, and as we would not wish you to have a product that you are not entirely happy with, you can of course return them to us and we will issue a refund upon their return.
