Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear that the product did not live up to your expectations on this occasion. The cleaner needs to be diluted with water, and for best results sprayed onto the surface requiring treatment. Some older stains may require more than one application, and in some a bit of scrubbing.
The person I spoke to when the first duvet came and was faulty, the stitching was bad and one line across the duvet only came half way, were helpful.

Delivery driver did not put in the safe place indicated on delivery label as it was folded so he could not see it !!
