Have had excellent service returning the slippers which were too small according to their clear instructions and received the bigger size all within a week.

It is not clear from the website that the duvets do not come with a separate cover. In fact the description on the website it is very ambiguous and confusing describing a "100% pure cotton cover"...

I am sorry for the confusion this had caused you. Clearly the down needs to be contained in cover of some kind, and we have added this information as it is widely requested.
Only one pair of shoes was dispatched when I ordered them on the buy one get one free section of the web site. However when I pointed this out on the phone a second pair was dispatched promptly.
