Poor products, poor service.

Don’t advertise for sale, garments that aren’t in stock. When such non-existent items are part of an order, don’t just keep the money and then not inform the customer. Don’t make telephone contact so...

I am sorry to hear this. The item was showing as available when the order was placed, but when we went to pack your order unfortunately there were none on the shelf. As the item had been discontinued, we had no option other than to issue a refund. We apologise once again that we were unable to fulfil your order, and we fully appreciate your frustration.

Poor and slow service

I paid for a returns label and it did not come. The parcel took about a week to arrive with five pound postage most places are free and quick. I returned some items and still waiting for an...

We are sorry to hear that the return label was not enclosed. I will arrange for this to be refunded. I see that the order was delivered within 3 working days of the order being placed however, which is the time frame we advise. The returned trousers were processed on the 16th November. It does take 3-5 days for the refunds to work it's way through the banking system.
