Thank you for the feedback. We do have various offers at different times, but I don't believe we had a half price offer on the Mules. They are currently at £37.50, which is more that you paid when you placed the order.

Poor stock control. My order was not fulfilled as they did not have the product in stock despite showing as in stock on the website and on eBay. I was informed of this and money refunded to my card...

I am sorry to hear this. The item was showing as available when the order was placed, but when we went to pack your order unfortunately there were none on the shelf. As the item had been discontinued, we had no option other than to issue a refund. We apologise once again that we were unable to fulfil your order, and we fully appreciate your frustration.
