I am sorry to hear this. The item was showing as available when the order was placed, but when we went to pack your order unfortunately there were none on the shelf. We are sorry. Stock does move very quickly, especially around the holiday season. We do regularly update our websites but regrettably from time to time and item may be out of stock for a short period before it's updated. We do apologise once again for the poor experience. It is unusual and I am sure that should you order with us again you would have no such issue.
