Our records show that the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse on the same day, 14th December, on express 24 hour delivery, however the couriers were unable to provide any tracking information so we assumed that this was lost. I see that a replacement has been delivered to you since, and we did refund the delivery charge in full by way of apology.
