Thank you for the feedback. We do offer the option of a return label when you place the order in case you are unhappy with the goods or they are a poor fit. You can also purchase a collect plus label after the order from collect plus, and both of these options are lower than the value of the goods you ordered.

I am sorry to hear this. The item was showing as available when the order was placed, but when we went to pack your order unfortunately there were none on the shelf. As the item had been discontinued, we had no option other than to issue a refund. We apologise once again that we were unable to fulfil your order, and we fully appreciate your frustration.
