I did need to speak to an adviser as I'd ordered loft ladders before but couldn't remember which ones they were ... they were able to track my previous order eventually through the delivery address...

Plastic foot was broken on arrival and relacement set but no fasteners to hold in place. I had to complete the repair myself and no compension given for my inconvenience.

Fine, apart from we had made enquiries regarding the product during the afternoon, when we rang to place the order at 15:03pm (Thurs) we were told that the cut off was 15:00pm for next day deliveries...

Great detailed website. The videos were really helpful. Fast delivery. I haven't tried my ladder out yet but i am sure it will do the job :-)
