I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve had such a poor experience with our customer service.
We aim to resolve any service issues reasonably and efficiently, so it is disappointing to hear this. We will take your feedback into consideration and aim to improve our responses in future.
We book in deliveries with 3rd party courier services. Unfortunately, there are occasionally issues with transportation, and in your case, the courier somehow managed to encounter a few of these: delays to delivery, short delivery, delivery to the wrong address, and transport damage. This was during a very hectic period of the logistics calendar, and the courier company was also experiencing staff shortage issues at the time due to the Covid situation. Those same logistics issues, and the backlog from the Christmas-New Year break period would have also unfortunately affected the time it took to get a replacement part to you. Unfortunately, these forces are all beyond our control, but we do endeavour to coordinate with the customer and the courier to have these issues resolved as soon as we can.
We aim to provide quality products, and this is backed up by our 3-5 year warranty. If you have issues with the product, you are always welcome to raise this with our team, so that we can look to resolving issues, and making improvements.
