Shipping notifications are sent via automated emails once your order has been scanned in by the carrier. Due to this automation, sometimes shipping emails are caught by one's spam filter. If you are unable to receive your shipping email, full shipping details are also available to be viewed by logging in to your account and selecting the order you wish to track. If this is not an option for you, our customer service staff can also look this up for you by phone.

I have looked into the shipment of your order and do see that this item was damaged in transit. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Typically UPS notifies us of these issues within 1-2 days of the issue occurring. I will be looking into why this was not the case with this package. Unfortunately, UPS shipping rates are negotiated by us, but are ultimately provided by UPS. We offer a full shipping quote in the shopping cart and again prior to checkout. While we do our best to offer economical shipping, the cost of shipping is ultimately up to the weight and distance as calculated by the carrier.
