I received an email stating the parcel has been dispatched 7 days ago. It didn't include tracking information. It has not arrived yet. I wonder if this site is a scam.

Our website is certainly not a scam as can be seen by all of our reviews This particular order was placed at 10.19pm on Friday 9th October The order was despatched on Monday 12th October and was delivered to a neighbour on Tuesday 13th October as no one was home when DPD tried to deliver It is difficult to know what else we could have done
