Difficult to rate as mattress delivered was damaged but in terms of steps taken to replace it the service was excellent.

I'm sorry that there was a manufacturing fault with your mattress that was only discovered once it was unwrapped. However i'm please our team were able to rectify the problem in a timely manner.
Really comfy mattress, I'm definitely sleeping better than I used to do on my our old memory foam one! It's firm but not too firm. Really comfy and supportive!
Great mattress, but poor communication and delivery experience. Paid for delivery and removal of old mattress, which they did not. In fairness, it was resolved and mattress removed two days later.

This is the first we have heard of this problem. I wish you had contacted us at the time of delivery. i have requested that a replacement base is ordered for you. Sadly this appears to be a case of untrained drivers being used to cover a very busy delivery period. Please accept our apologies.
