We would have loved to have been given the opportunity to rectify these issues at the time of your stay had we been made aware but we understand that you may have simply wanted to continue with your holiday.
Your feedback has subsequently been shared with the owner and their housekeeper for them to address as priority.
Please accept our sincere apologies that the housekeeping wasn't up to the high standard that we expect at all of our properties. We are pleased you were able to enjoy the fabulous location of Valetta though.
