Both the owner of the property and Best of Suffolk are disappointed to learn that you felt Home Reach required some finishing touches as we work closely with our clients during the property recruitment process to ensure that all properties are well-equipped and finished to a high standard.

In the owners opinion, they have equipped the kitchen with many more items than Best of Suffolk request so it would be great to hear from you again to understand what you felt was missing so this can be addressed for future guests.
