Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear that the basic essentials such as tea and coffee was missing on your arrival. We would have been more than happy to arrange for the housekeeper to bring these over to you, along with a bottle of wine, had we been made aware at the time. The owner has seen your feedback and we have moved the key safe and main access to the property to make it more convenient for our guests. The owner is also looking to create an easy guide to the heating system to avoid any further confusion. Please accept our sincere apologies for any frustration and disappointment caused.
