As much as we sympathise with the situation and always want to help, it's important to note that our ticket amendment and refund policy, as outlined at the time of purchase, specifies that tickets can only be amended or cancelled more than 72 hours before the selected date, in alignment with Disneyland's terms. Unfortunately, regardless of the reason, Disneyland won't refund us for the tickets issued. If you need any other documents for the insurance claim, just let us know, and we'll do our best to assist.
