Super easy to use. Second time we have purchased and no issues at all. This time we brought the Universal all parks ticket for 14 days. Had a brilliant time at all the parks, and Universal was epic!

Great place to shop and get something to eat. It's quite pricey though. There's not much else to add, it's the walkway from the buses and the 2 theme parks.

Epic is Epic! Stardust racers has to be the best coaster in the world, and then you ride it at night. Wow. Battle at the ministry is something else, and the isle of berk - you could be in the film....

Had a few meals while at city walk Our favourite's being Bubba Gump & Chocolate Emporium Both were great value

We didn’t get to go Volcano bay on this holiday, but have been before & it’s fantastic for a day away from the parks

Lovely hotel. great facilities and every staff member I spoke with was helpful. the room was spacious and clean, and good availability of toiletries. .

Amazing, so immersive, and studio tour was awesome - only downside was that it was very busy and not that large (compared to Disneyland) so felt quite crowded
