Thank you for taking the time to review our product and service on Feefo. Having looked into the issue regarding the missing fixings, we failed on both occasions to send the correct fixing kit for your order, and following your call we sent the correct fixings for delivery the next working day. This does not usually happen and we have now addressed the issue. We use customer reviews to enhance our Customer Support so we can improve in all areas. We will take your comments on board and will ensure that all our employees are trained to the highest level.  I apologise for any inconvenience caused raised in the issues above and will make sure it does not happen again.

As for the misunderstanding regarding delivery times, it does state on all our paperwork that delivery times are 8am-6pm. However, we are glad we could resolve this issue by booking your delivery in for the time that you needed.

As per our email conversation a few days ago we are really apologetic that you feel you haven't had the best experience with us as a company.

We never send the invoices out with the parcel because we email it over to you as soon as the order is placed.

We also don't include fixing lugs or screws because we don't know what type of wall it is that you are applying this too. Different kinds of walls will need different fixings.

As discussed I hope we can find a solution to solve these problems and if there are any more problems or you need any help please don't hesitate to contact me.
