Competitive residential landlord insurance
Responded promptly and helpfully when needed to change landlord insurance (other company ceased offering). Their quote was competitive. I haven't had to claim so unable to comment on that aspect.

Thank you for leaving us feedback. We’ve relooked at the records and it’s clear the brickwork wasn’t in the best condition before the storm. Whilst the storm was the final straw, regrettably insurers would expect the chimney to be kept in good order, hence the decline.
