The Rode NT1 signature is a very good value mic. It's low noise, robust and sounds good. Do use the shock mount for best results.

Bought a pair of these, the battery life really is quite amazing, so perfect as backup for a smaller PA system if the generator goes down or power cut. Also great if you need small PA for music...

Excellent for mounting a condenser mic on a music stand. I can get the mic at the right height and close to my classical guitar. No damage done to the stand.

I was looking for a lightweight (so not a flight, or semi-flight) case for an 88-key stage piano. Many of the 'bags' don't cut it; too thin and they don't afford much protection to the instrument....
