If you have a copy of your reservation email, please forward that as well. If not, please let us know the day you made the reservation, the booking number, and the date of arrival at the hotel. Also, did you pay any charges for this reservation?
According to the Days Inn website, this property is not taking reservations until May 15, 2023. If I try to make a reservation before then on AAA.com, the hotel is not available, but still shows availability as a Days Inn after May 15th.
Once you reply, we will follow up to see why you were able to make a reservation when the hotel was closed.
