Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

All that you say is absolutely true - the problem is that my movements on any one day are usually fixed a couple of days before so an email the day before doesn't give me the opportunity to re-arrange things. If a delivery date could be specified at the time of order that would be appreciated. i do appreciate that you have noted my concerns and replied to them.

Sorry to hear there was lack of communication, we do send an email once your order is dispatched to let you know what day to expect it and we also send a text on the delivery day if you provide us with contact number.
