Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Stylish and good quality. The top shelf is a half shelf, not a lot other than gloves will fit on it, however we are very pleased :-)

I am really sorry you have not received your item yet - I have just checked for you as this item is a 10-14 day delivery and they contact you prior to delivery to organise a date. I can see you have organised for it to be delivered on the 8th March - is this correct? Beth@aplaceforeverything
