I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the Shoe Cabinet - we are more than happy to arrange for the item to be returned if you can package it back up so that it comes back to us in a resalable condition. The assembly shouldn't be too complicated as we have tested them here in our showroom and worked with the manufacturer to ensure the step by step instructions can be followed without too much time. We do also advertise that this is a self assembly item and it does not arrive fully assembled. With regards to shoes, the item will hold up to a size 10 but it is not designed to hold just size 10s but will hold multiple sizes including size 10's as shown on the listing.
