Firstly, thank you very much for the order that you have placed with us recently, although in response to your comments we’re truly sorry to hear that you've been left disappointed with the quality of the Super soft Chillin Out Pants to the point where you have had to throw them away! We would not expect any of our customers to purchase a product from us and then it last such a short space of time. After locating your account I have now I have now arranged for £20 of vouchers to be sent to you to cover the cost of item. If in the future, and I do hope this is not the case if you ever receive a product that you are not happy with or feel is faulty please do not hesitate to contact us. I cannot tell you how truly sorry we are that you have had to return all your products to us except the Easy Flattering Knit. We hate to think of ourselves as a supplier of poor quality goods because there’s a lot of work goes into ensuring the quality of the items that you receive from us. We are now working very closely with our customers and we do hope in the future that we can continue to improve with the information and feedback we a getting. Thank you for your great comments regarding our different styles and the range of our sizes. After locating your account I am extremely sorry to hear that after such a small amount of time the wooden rosary has broke. I can see that this item has never been returned to us even though we would have gladly arranged for the product to be returned to us at no extra cost. I have now arranged for a free replacement to be sent, and hope this goes some way in saying how sorry we are for the product did not last longer.
