Thank you for taking the time to add your comments regarding your recent order, and I am glad to see that the majority of your order was liked. I am sorry to hear that you feel put off order ordering due to the fact that we do not offer a free returns service. The reason behind this is that if we were to offer this service we would have to incorporate this cost into our clothing as do other companies. Joe Browns feel that it works out better for our customer to pay the postage back to us as this is less than if we were to add the cost to the clothing. I do hope this helps, and gives you a better understanding of why the returns are not free. Firstly I would like to apologise that you have had to return quite alot of your previous orders due to sizing problems. Unfortunately it seems that this is the case for quite a few of our customers. Joe Browns as a company make every effort to ensure that are sizes run alongside with what our customers would usually buy on the high street. Our web site has an individual size guide for each product to try help our customers find the best size for them. If you are ever un sure of anything relating to any of our garments we would be more than happy to help. In respect to the point you have made regarding the returns policy I am afraid that this is likely to be the case for the foreseeable future. Most companies that offer this service generally incorporate this into the cost of their clothing; therefore making their clothes more expensive. Joe Browns would prefer to keep our prices low and ask our customers to return the products themselves as this expense is less that if we incorporated it into our clothes.
