Thank you for your comments re your order placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that you were not happy with the service you received when placing your order. Unfortunately sometimes items are out of stock, but the website still thinks may be we have an item left. This tends to happen at the end of the season where we think ther is stock, the last few remaining items may be damaged or there may have been a stock miscount. I am sorry that we could not provide the item you wanted and that we gave you incorrect information. We are looking at putting in a new warehouse stock system that will help eliminate these end of season problems. Again thanks for raising this point. Kind regards Tony Brown

Not as good as you use to be you guys seem to of run out…
Not as good as you use to be you guys seem to of run out of ideas! ..Jeans in a 29" L for us Dwarfs! would be good & more attention to detailing on the clothes, & how about some Snow board stuff?
