Staff at end of telephone always very polite and friendly and able to assist with queries regarding sizes. To elaborate - I find that some of the tops come up small, but if I just put in a call prior to ordering I am told which items tend to come up small, large or as you'd expect. This is very useful and something that other companies could learn from.
