Not impressed
Paid for next day delivery and package was not shipped for two days. When package arrived one item was incorrect, I have emailled twice but not had the courtesy of a response. I wont be purchasing...

I apologise. I'm afraid we didn't have the pink erasers in stock, so sent the grey ones. We should have notified you. We should also have shipped on the day of your order.

Excellent services
Ordered a fountain pen on Thursday and it arrived safely packaged the day after. It was good to see the video on the write here site so I could get a better view of the pen before I bought it.
